HOW TO BOOK ?
- Choose which Lombok Day Cruise activity you want to have
- Fill The Booking Form provide and make sure you put valid email address, so we can reply after received your Tour or Activity booking request.
- After we received your Tour or Activity booking request we will reconfirm again your booking request, to make sure all request is correct.
Fill with hotel name if you already have place to stay, so w e will not missed the pick up, if not just leave it blank
We make several payment procedures that can be selected based on the condition of prospective customers, because we prioritize comfort for all parties.
- Pay a deposit of 10-15% to the bank account we attach and the rest will be paid on the day of your arrival by cash. It aims to secure your journey to fit the plan and give you trust.
- Especially for groups whose members above 7 people, you must pay a deposit of 30%.

- A Week advanced to cancel it is 15 % in charge
- 5-4 days advanced to cancel it is 35 % in charge
- Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one day prior to clients pick up
- Cancellation on the day will charge 100% from the Total Payment
- No-Show will be charge of 100% of the TOTAL payment
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
Booking and Payment Procedure
Easy-peachy! You are only required to choose the options of packages we offer and fill in the booking form provided by each package and email it to us. Should there be any inquiries regarding the packages we offer, we will gladly help you out. After you are done with booking process, we are going to send you our bank account and you just need to pay via bank transfer to the account we attach at the email we send you. You are required to transfer 35% of total payment of the agreed package. Please kindly enclose the email with payment/transfer receipt. We will send you the invoice as a proof that your deposit payment has been succeeded. The deposit you pay will be allocated for hotel warrant, pick-up payment and trekking equipment you will be needed such as certificate, trekking suit etc.
This policy is stipulated for the sake of both parties and commitment that both parties have been made.
